I believe we were scammed by this company. We experienced and the Juneau Chamber of Commerce has reported that several people have reported being scammed. The scam is to get you to pay upfront. In our case in January 2023 for a July 2023 excursion. Then, the evening before the trip you’ll get a text and email stating the trip is cancelled because they failed a US Coast Guard inspection. They probably don’t realize, in my opinion, that they have not only committed local transactional related fraud but because they used email and text as a tool to complete the fraud across state lines, they have now committed federal wire fraud. And, I spoke to them on the phone and I kept my call history. Federal crime! Tisk tisk. “Here’s Johnie.”
