Washing rigs

Washing rigs or vehicles is not allowed in the RV Park

New landscaping & Site Appearance

All of our sites are beautifully landscaped for your enjoyment and convenience. Please be careful to not run over our new gravel, plants, or turf when driving or parking your vehicle. Please help keep our Park clean for all guests by picking up all trash and keeping your site tidy. You are liable for your actions and those of your children, guests and, pets. This includes financial responsibility for any damages caused to Park facilities by you, or anyone in your group.

Check out time

Check out time is 11:00 AM. We do not have trash collection service at this time. Please dispose of your trash in our nearby dumpsters.

Check in time is 1:00 PM

Tents are Prohibited

Our fully landscaped sites are not suitable for tent camping and the use of tents is prohibited within the Park.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is between 10 PM to 6 AM. Excessive noise at any time is not permitted. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets! Please keep them calm and secure during your stay and do not leave them unattended outside, especially during the summer months, when temperatures can climb over 100 degrees. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets and dispose of all waste in the trash receptacles located throughout the park. New, pet specific areas, are now available for walking your pets. Bags are provided in these locations to help you keep the areas clean. Please refrain from walking pets in the natural grass located adjacent to the Park.

Parking

You may have one additional vehicle on your site, providing it fits on your pad. A boat trailer may be parked on your site, providing it fits on your pad. All other vehicles, boats, etc. can be parked in the Marina parking lot located adjacent to the RV Park. Please stay on the pavement and do not park in the gravel or drive on the gravel or turf within the RV Park. We also ask that you are cautious pulling in and out of your site. This helps prevent accidental damage to our newly installed landscaping elements (plants, turf and gravel). Thank you.

Very nice place to stay with great views. Our pad was level. Only problem was all the hookups were towards the rear. So our 20' trailer did not line up with our very nice sitting area. Would have needed 50' hose and cord. Washrooms and showers were nice and clean.

What views! Our concrete pad was long, wide and level. We did the 1 hour boat tour, which was fantastic. All businesses at Marina were very nice. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. We live in Florida, but sure hope to come back again!

Nice Park, everything pretty new. Unfortunately absolutely zero shade so the sun is pretty unrelenting. Also quite windy at times. Pretty quiet. Close to the marina. Also a great swimming spot nearby, which seemed to us to be only lightly used, mostly by locals.

Overall the sites were nice. They do not have any picnic tables which is a disappointment. Seems that there was plenty of room for a table at each site and a casita type shelter. Also the two restrooms on site are not accessible as far as ADA standards go.

We enjoy the beauty of this place but the sewer smell is almost ongoing. The sites could be better designed. Too much rock! Most trailer doors don’t open to the cement patio. It seems this place was designed for large motor homes where the door is always at the front allowing people to step onto a patio instead of ankle twisting decorative rocks!
