Going in was a bit crazy as it's down a very narrow, hilly dirt road but, once you get there, it's lovely. The owners are quite pleasant and keep the park super clean. The lots are fairly level and spacious with trees and grass. There's very little highway noise for those that are sensitive. Right across from our site was a pretty little pond and we would have enjoyed fishing if we'd been there more than a night. We didn't use the pool, laundry, or showers so we can't comment on them. All in all, it was perfect for the one night.

We stayed here for almost 4 months in Summer/Fall 2017. The owners are wonderful and really doing a lot of work to improve the campground from when they purchased it a few years ago. One section (nearest the highway) is for long term residents, the short term sites are near the pond, pool, and showers/laundry. All of the short-term sites are pullthrough with full hookups. The long-term sites are a mixture of back-in/pull-through. The campground is all gravel roads so it can get really dusty during the dry months. The campground is pet friendly, and has several walking trails on the other side of the pond that our dogs just loved. The county road to the campground can be very rough if it hasn't been graded recently, but that is not something the campground can fix. We enjoyed our time here and will certainly return if we are back in the area.

A very nice campground. Full hookups. The sites are opposite facing to share the hookups. Decent wifi. Didn't use the bathrooms but they look good. No mold. Girls bathroom is being renovated. Lovely pond. Near I-29 so highway noise is noticeable but not unbearable . Near St. Joseph for shopping and sight seeing. St. Joseph is where Jesse James was shot and killed. Lots of history here. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. We will return if we're ever in the area again. Stayed in early November, so it's not too busy. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
