Cancellation Policy

Winter Season (Nov 1 -April 30) 1. Reservations 30 days or longer 2. Reservations that are cancelled prior to Oct 1 are eligible to receive a refund minus a fifth $50 dollar cancellation fee. 3. All reservations cancelled after Oct 1 are not refundable 4. Reservations less than 30 days reservations that are cancelled with at least 21 days notice are eligible to receive a refund minus $25 cancellation fee. 20 days to 1-day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or upcoming season. Cancellations made with less than 1-day notice will receive no refunds. Summer season (May 1- October 31) 1. Reservations that are cancelled with at least 21 days notice are eligible to receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 2. 20 days to 1-day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or upcoming season. Cancellations made with less than 1-day notice will receive no refunds.

General Policies

1. Check & Check-out Hassle-free check in with an escort to your site is available. 2. Check- in time is 2:00 p.m. 3. Checkout time 11 a.m. 4. All campers guess and visitors must register at the office upon arrival. 5. To extend your stay notify the office prior to 10 a.m. 6. No trailer set-up after 10:00 p.m. 7. Day guest must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guest must depart by 11:00 a.m. 8. Passport America Discount 50% off the first night 9. Military Discount 30% off three nights 10. No refunds for early departure 11. We accept cash, Travelers cks and personal checks. Reservations are highly recommended One (1) and two (2) vehicles or one vehicle and one (1) boat; must not obstruct neighbor. All Reservations are for two (2) people
