Rules

Liability Insurance

Liability insurance on the RV site is the RV owner's responsibility.

Insurance Policies

Insurance policies are the responsibility of the trailer owner and should cover the whole year for protection against damage to trailers during the off-season and when the park is open.

Chainsaws

No chainsaws allowed in park (no cutting down trees).

Swimming Area

Boats, Water skiing, etc. not permitted near swimming area. Please remember your children swim here It's your responsibility to check in your guests.

Children

Children must be accompanied by an adult to the beach. No Lifeguard in the swimming area

Pets

Owners must clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash while in the park

GARBAGE

Garbage and recyling is located at the exit gate of the park.

Recreational Vehicles

Recreational vehicles are left on property at owner's own risk.

Firearms

Firearms, air guns, slingshots and fireworks are strictly forbidden in park.

Behavior Rules

Excessive drinking or profane language will not be tolerated.

Cleaning

Keep your site neat & tidy. Empty bottles, cases, etc. out of site. Garbage in clear bags

Quiet Time

Please respect everyone around you. Quiet time at Bear Ridge is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am

Spent an awesome weekend enjoying the views and the quiet. Cabin did not disappoint, comfortable and well equipped. Can't wait to go back. Poutine and ice cream definitely a must when you'd there.

Site 10 is a great private site. Our kids love bear ridge! They were gone all day swimming in the lake or pool, climbing the ridge, going to the parks and catching frogs and crafish!

We had the best time at this campground this weekend! We booked the site not knowing anything about the campground and we have decided to now make it a yearly family trip! All the staff were great and the campground had so much to do with the pool and the beach right across the road! I would highly recommend this place!

We will be back. Very nicely maintained campgrounds with full service sites. Great atmosphere and beautiful access to the lake. Very kid and adult friendly. Owner Tracy was excellent and helpful. The snack bar was a great extra to have (when you don't feel like cooking) with quality, homemade food.

Cabins are basic, but fully functional. LOVE staying at this resort! Pool is nice and the sunsets are stunning. Spent summers as a child in Coe Hill. This is now my go to spot!

Hey Traci and staff.. Many thanks for another beauty stay at the cabins🌞🤗 sooo relaxing and peaceful.... The grounds are still kept well and your 2 new cabins are a great addition! Well done....the staff is always smiling and friendly...much appreciated and a great quality for young aspiring entrepreneurs!! Of course we really enjoy the beach area, firepit and the ice cream🫣🫣😀 Have a fun summer....hope to be back at some point....enjoy your golf!!! 🏌️🏌️🤸🤸🤸🤸😊👍

I have recently returned from a weekend stay at Bear Ridge with a small group of ATV'ers. I reserved two of their cabins for three nights. Traci explained that the cabins were "rustic" but they were tidy and served our needs very well. Traci took my reservations for the cabins and on arrival she efficiently booked us in and made us feel welcome. I certainly recommend Bear Ridge Cottages if you plan to visit the Coe Hill/Wollaston Lake area!
