Bosque Birdwatchers RV Park

Level gravel lot with few trees. Approx 35 sites. 30 or 50 amp service FHU available. No cable, no wifi. Clean bathrooms and small laundry facility. Not fancy resort accomodations but comfortable and off the highway for a nice quiet stay. Owner friendly and laid back. $30 per night. Nobody in the office when we arrived so we just pulled in and picked a spot and set up. Owner came by and checked in told us we could settle up with him anytime before departure. Nearest park to Stallion Gate Trinity Site entrance. Easy on/off I-25. Socorro 15 min ride for groceries gas or walmart. Nearby visit Bosque del Apache National Wildlife preserve (2miles), VLA (1 hr), Continental Divide/Pie Town (1.5 hrs), White Sands (45 min), Smokey the Bear birthplace (Capital NM-80 miles).
