Dog Rules

• Please keep your dog leashed or in a carrier at all times that they are outside your tent or RV. Our canine campers have their own fenced off-leash area at Dogwood Park. • Dogs are not permitted on the beach or in the following common areas: Hungry Wolf Café, Laundry, Game Room, Market or landscaped areas. • In consideration of other campers (and our grounds), please diligently clean up after your pets. • We count on you to prevent your dog from making excessive noise and from being disruptive or aggressive to other dogs, wildlife or to campers. If your pet is deemed dangerous, harmful or disruptive, Campland may require that you leave the campground without refund. • A maximum of three (3) dogs per campsite are permitted. Monthly guests may have a maximum of two (2) dogs. • Remember to leave your dog plenty of ventilation when confined, particularly in warm weather. In extreme circumstances, we may opt to impound unattended dogs. • Campland’s more than 40 years’ experience as well as standard industry practice support the prohibition of specific dog breeds at our campground. These include pit bulls and pit bull mixes, American Bulldogs, American Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Argentine Dogo/Mastiff, Rottweilers and any other dog exhibiting aggressive or uncontrolled behavior. • Our dog policy strives to strike a balance between care and comfort of pets and people and is more permissive than experts recommend. Therefore it is rigorously upheld and Campland management will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind that may be caused by your pet.

Campland on the Bay this last summer was such a great experience, I've been telling everyone about it! I figured it was time to write them a good review. We stayed for a week, and we were pretty busy the whole time! I've taken my son and nephews to family-friendly camps in the past, and some of them were okay, but there were normally dead points during the week. Campland Bay did a great job at keeping everyone at every age engaged. The boys loved the concerts and shows they held; it was really refreshing to see live bands perform and the music was all family-friendly and easy to get into! I actually still have a few tunes stuck in my head. The camp also had a full calendar of adult activities which were all well organized; I did a few games of pickle ball and loved our yoga sessions with Nazli. We didn't have time to do everything of course, but we did get on the water a lot, jet skiing and kayaking which is so fun to do with the instructors on staff. Overall, the entire camp was very well put-together and a real treat for adults looking for an easy and enjoyable way to keep their kids active and engaged. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
