Rules
Cancellation Policy
For overnighters we just ask that if you have reserved a spot and you plans change, just give us a call to tell us you're not coming.
Cell/Internet
Not a rule but something you need to know before staying with us. Cell service is close to non existent here, as we are living in a bowl surrounded by hills. You CAN use our wi-fi for calling if your phone is compatible. We have Starlink internet (did I mention it is Free?) so connections are great as long as you are in a hook up site. It does not reach our Dry Camp area but we are working on that!
Pets
We LOVE fur babies so they are always welcome. They must be on a leash while out of your rig and in the park. We do have a Dog Park here where you are free to take your dog and let it run off leash. Dogs must be well behaved and not continuous barkers.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is from 9am till 9pm. Check-Out is technically 11am but, we can be flexible.
Children
Overnighters with children are certainly welcome. We do require that an adult is with them any time they are out on the park. This includes playing, walking, using facilities, etc. We are a rural and rugged park and a child's curious nature could cause injury. We want everyone here to be safe.
Tenants
We are a long term park. 90-95% of our tenants are long term but we do keep a few sites open for overnighters and short term stay. Please call ahead for availability.
Payment
We do not have credit/debit card capability. All transactions are cash only.
