Rules

Responsibility

As a guest at Bay RV Park, you are responsible for the actions of your visitors.

Repairs

No vehicle repairs that require more than 4 hours. No major repairs allowed on-site. Cars that aren’t running well are not allowed in the park.

Storage

We do not allow storage of personal property outside your RV. Only professionally built or manufactured storage units are allowed.

RV/Car washing

If you wash your RV or vehicle at your site there is a $5 charge payable prior to washing. Check with the office manager for details.

Trash

Trash must be put in the dumpster. If you keep trash outside your RV, it must be in a closed receptacle. It is up to you to keep the area around your RV neat and clean.

Vehicles

Do not park vehicles in the roadway. One tow vehicle per site is allowed.

Pets

Pets must be leashed. No barking dogs staked outside. Always clean up after your pet. No aggressive dog breeds allowed. All other pets must be approved by RV Park management. Pets must be kept indoors. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pet.

Children

Children 13 and under must be supervised at all times, in accordance with the Texas State Law. Injuries to an unsupervised child may result in criminal charges against the parents. No more than one child per RV unless the stay is short-term.

RV's

Old, unmaintained, or damaged RVs are not allowed in the park.

Quiet Hours

We want you to enjoy your stay at East Park Village RV Park. Fun and partying are welcome, but please be aware of the other campground guests, especially after dark. Quiet hours are observed from 10PM to 7AM.

Right now we are just 32 sites, but we plan to expand on the other side of Avenue D which will add 44 more spaces.  The map will be updated once the expansion has been completed.

Been here going on 10 years. Yes, I live here. This is a working park, but great for overnighters. (Working park) Campers come in for a week or more due to working at nearby plants. It's convenient to most of the plants in Channelview, Baytown, Pasadena. There are 2 Walmarts, local grocery stores, selfservice laundry mats and laundry service nearby. The only amenities, are WiFi and a 2 washer and dryer room. Local parks are nearby less than 3 miles from the Houston ship channel.

We enjoy staying here, it’s just off the interstate, and really convenient if we need to go somewhere. there’s washers and dryers on site. Concrete pads to park on, and a fair amount of room in between RVs.

Campground Response

Hello Helga and I am sorry you had an unpleasant experience. We do have a restroom available to our customers, you have to pass through the laundry facility to get to it. Both are located at the back of the property, in the red building. If you had asked our site manager about it she would have directed you to it. All of the other rv parks in Channelview that I am aware of are mud holes with trash everywhere. Is there one in particular that you feel is nicer than ours with better rates?
