We think it is a great park! Sites are on various levels of a hill, concrete sites and roads with grass around sites, picnic tables, pool and activities (we don't partake)' good store, next to bonelli park, great views of mountains on one side and lake in other, clean bathrooms but no frills (like hand soap and paper towels). Easy to get to and in and out. Pull throughs and back ins. Some long term. Rangers at gate and patrol 24 hours. We thought the price wasn't bad for close to LA. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

The plant life at this park is absolutely amazing! I'm a photographer and normally prefer to photograph people and cities, but there's so much to see and capture along the trails and some especially gorgeous scenes over the lake at sunset. The hiking is pretty solid there, so there's a bit of a workout right there if you like running. Sometimes I bring my bike there after taking pictures in the city and spend a few hours on the trails and stop every now and again to take pictures. It's so lovely out there, especially some huge chunks of the trail that have tons of gorgeous flowers. There's over 500 sites built to accommodate RVs with full hookups. I've camped at a few of the different RV sites and I must admit that the best part are the hot showers, but it was so convenient camping there and not having to stress over the availability of pull-thrus and sewerage hookups. I've also come here with bag-packers and thoroughly enjoyed that aspect of this park's camping experience. We ended up stopping by Puddingstone Lake for a few hours and the fishing was great; we caught so many trout, it's crazy. I can't wait to go back with some friends soon! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
