Rules

Trees/Firewood

Feel free to collect any dead wood for your campfire, but do not cut live trees.

Speed Limit

Please do not exceed 10MPH in the campground.

Tie Offs

No ropes, chains, wires, or strings may be tied to any park items including trees, rocks etc.

Firearms

Display of a firearm on property is prohibited.

Washing

Vehicle and RV washing is not allowed.

Pets

Pets must be leashed at all times while outside. Do not leave pets unattended. Always clean up after your pets.

Tent Sites

Only one tent is allowed per site.

Vehicle Restrictions

Campsites have room for your RV and two additional vehicles. Any additional vehicle must be listed in your paperwork and stored in a designated area for $1.00 per day.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am.

Check Out

Check out time is 2pm.

This place is an absolute gem !! Jeff and his staff treat everyone like family the grounds are clean and safe as are the bath house and laundry facility's 😀 family friendly quiet a coffee shop food dg and the lake all within seconds as well as gas beer bait pizza &boat ramps 20 full hook sights that can accommodate the biggest of rigs off roaders atvs sxs are welcome they also offer hiking biking trails on sight that can accommodate sxs &atvs no wreckless driving permitted 10mph is posted so regardless if your tent camping bumper pull fifth wheel slide in or big boy bus the rates are great the ppl are great make this your next stop in East Tennessee 😀 you won't be disappointed

Well done campsite. The owner has put a lot of work into cultivating a really easy to use, clean, and beautiful RV campsite. It is not primitive in any way, but a perfect site for someone traveling through the area or looking for a economic place to stay near Butler, TN while enjoying the area.

Stayed in the cabin and it was nice and clean. The only complaints I have is that you will need AWD or 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin and the water pressure in the shower is not the best. The campground is very clean and is very pretty. I would go back.
