Rules

No Subleasing Allowed

There is no subleasing (such as AirBnB, etc.) allowed at our park.

55+ Park

We are a 55+ older HOA. Children are permitted to visit.

Hurricane Threat and Evacuation

Please note that we are in an area where hurricane threats and evacuations are possible. In the event of a threat, your reservation may be cancelled with little notice. In the event of an evacuation mandate, you will be expected to evacuate the park. In both cases, you will receive a prorated refund.

Office Hours

There are no set office hours. Upon arrival, pull directly to your assigned site and enjoy your stay!

No Tents

Please note: this is a Homeowners' Association, not a campground. Tents are not allowed.

Vehicles

2 vehicle total (1 RV and 1 car/tow vehicle) are allowed per site.

Pet Policy

Pets are limited to Dogs Only. No aggressive breeds. There is 2 dogs allowed per site. You must be prepared to show proof that your dog is up to date on its vaccinations.

HOA Contract

As we are an HOA, upon completion of your online reservation, you will need to sign our agreement and rules prior to your stay. This agreement can be found on our website, in our cancellation policy, as well as sent to you via email.

7 Night Minimum

There is a 7 night minimum to stay at our park. Please call if you would like to stay for a month or longer. We welcome long term stays!
