Rules
Vehicle Policy
Vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked in designated parking areas. No vehicle, boat, or trailer is allowed in unoccupied sites at any time, or to block road accesses. Full hook-up sites have space for parking of your RV and one additional vehicle. Speed Limit is 5 mph anywhere within Lake John Resort property, and this includes ATVs. ATVs may NOT be driven anywhere on Resort property except between your site and the store, or to and from designated exit drives. ALL vehicles are only permitted on roadways.
Pet Policy
All pets must be contained or leashed at all times. Vicious or barking dogs will not be tolerated. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you have a pet with you, please request a copy of our complete pet policies.
