You must be at least 21 years of age to lease an RV site and have a valid driver’s license and proof of RV insurance.
Please obey our 10.5 miles per hour speed limit.
Alcohol is permitted on the property, however, MINORS in possession of alcohol or illegal substances will be evicted & authorities will be notified. ADULTS causing problems while intoxicated and/or in possession of illegal substances will be evicted. Drunken behavior and excessive use of alcohol, or drinking & driving any type of motor vehicle will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.
There is a SMOKE-FREE POLICY FOR ALL ACCOMMODATIONS. No Smoking is allowed within 10 ft. of Accommodation Buildings. Any violation will result in a $250.00 recovery fee to restore the room to a smoke-free condition.
No fireworks, firecrackers, rockets, or any type of explosive are allowed on the grounds at any time. Use or possession may result in eviction. The discharging of firearms, BB guns, paintball guns, bows and arrows, slingshots, or any devices that use burning powder, explosives, compressed gases, etc., is prohibited.
Parking is only allowed in your designated area or in the boat parking lot for an additional payment.
Fire pits are the responsibility of the camper and are restricted to the fire ring. Burning trash and large fires are strictly prohibited. Please put your fire completely out before leaving the area.
NO WASHING OF RVS AND OR VEHICLES. No servicing or mechanical repairers allowed Clotheslines or tarps are not permitted in the Resort. Pools of any kind or water toys, such as slip-n-slides, and bounce houses, are not allowed. Tent camping is not permitted in the Resort. Each site is allowed the use of 1 (one) golf cart. ATVs and UTVs are not allowed. Allowable motorized vehicles include (gas or battery-powered) scooters, golf carts, and hoverboards. Drones are not permitted in the campground. Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table. No political signage, banners, or flags are allowed. Placement of the American Flag is permissible and encouraged
There is a trash dumpster on site for your convenience. Please take all trash bags to the resort dumpster. DUMPSTERS ARE FOR BAGGED TRASH ONLY! Any other items needing to be disposed of please contact the office.
Please dispose of any feminine or paper products in the trash. Please do not flush down any RV Site or shower house toilets as it adversely affects our plumbing system.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and safety. No riding bicycles after dusk.
Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 10 feet and/or under control at all times. Pet owners must place all solid pet waste in trash receptacles. No unattended pets at any time. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Please keep all shower houses in a clean condition. If there are any problems found please contact the main office immediately so all guests can enjoy the shower houses.
Solicitation or Selling any item (including the resale of a campsite) is strictly prohibited Removal of plants, animals, rocks, or downed timber is prohibited. Dumping of grey water will not be allowed in the parks, except into the wastewater collection system provided by the Resort.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register, pay a fee and receive a parking pass. Visitors may not bring pets. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed. All guests visiting someone in the park must register and pick up a pass at the office and park in the designated area. Vehicle Pass must be visible at all times, please.
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so
Emergency Contact Information forms are required from all monthly guests. This information remains private and used only when a situation arises when we need to contact someone in the event of an emergency or is sought by law enforcement agencies. We never give personal information out to others. If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call sms 573-200-6685 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed.) If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so the maintenance staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site. LIABILITY: Ozark’s RV Lakeside Resort and its management are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, wind, flood, or any cause. Physical damage and liability coverage is the responsibility of each guest or visitor for their RV and other vehicles. Rental space remains under the control of the resort manager.
Begins at 10 PM and ends at 7 AM. Loud or offensive noises, loud radios or disturbances, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Generators are prohibited
