Rules

Ground Rules

The following are grounds for termination or removal from the property: loud music, whether mechanical, musical, or vocal, and the use of foul language, causing damage to the park, causing harm to another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules., failing to follow the directions of the property staff. Non-payment of rent by the due date. Giving false information about reservations

Damages

Customers are responsible for any damage or destruction of property or injury to persons caused by the guest, his or her family, visitors, or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damages they cause to the property.

Alcohol

Alcohol must be in a concealed container.

Activities & Behavior

No illegal, obnoxious, or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site. Including those that are or could become a nuisance to neighboring sites. We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior directed at management. staff, or other persons.

Pets

Dog fencing is permitted to be 24" high, but only in the area of your patio. All animals must always be kept on a leash. No aggressive breeds are accepted, or any breed that is aggressive towards other animals. Dogs are not be tied up outside or left alone. Please keep your dog from excessively barking. All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

Cleaning

All RV sites must be kept clean at all times, free from clutter. Camping tents are not permitted on RV lots. No indoor furniture is to be left outside. No refrigerators, appliances, kitchen tables, etc. Outdoor patio furniture is permitted.

Appareance Rules 2

6: No tarps covering RV's. 7: The exterior must be free from duct tape, excessive caulk, etc. Isolated minor issued are generally acceptable, provided multiple issues are not combined todeteriorate the appearance of the RV. If you have any questions, please call.

Appareance Rules

1: Doors, shrouds, panels, windows, coverings, etc. should be intact. unsightly. 2: The exterior is to be clean and free from obvious damages. 3: Paint must be in good condition; some minor fading is acceptable. 4: Awnings must be in good condition. 5: No wall unit air conditioners.

RV Appareance

The appearance of RV's can contribute to or detract from the overall experience of all the campers. Our rules state that's all RV's tow vehicles & passenger cars be in operable & good condition.

RV Age

15 years. Any older must be approved and have an uploaded photo to be approved by management.

Lovely RV Park! Quaint, had a shady spot and great access to Lakes Regional Park. They were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be going again!

My wife and I have stayed here for 2-3 months every winter for the last 12 or 13 years (lot 42). In fact Robbie built our lot for us! I can't imagine staying anywhere else to get out of the cold and snow of the winter. It's convenient to shopping for extended stays, convenient to Sanibel where you'll find the best shelling in the world and also close to all sorts of nature parks including not that far from Everglades NP. Robbie and crew are very quick to respond to any issues, which are few indeed. Great place to spend the winter.

Our family is brand new to the RV life, but Robbie recommended the perfect site (18 - pull thru) and was very helpful when we had questions. The atmosphere of Lakes Park RV is peaceful and friendly. The landscaping is well maintained, and the lake was calm and beautiful. We did not use the laundry facility, so I cannot speak to that. There seemed to be an even balence between long term residents and people staying a night or two. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Rustic side, very quiet even though close to busy road. Strong internet, no cable. Close to anything you’d need. Our visit was to go to Sanibel beaches and it was easy. Never located office but had site # and was paid in full so when I called they said ok to park. We’d go back again.

Loved this little park. It leaves a lot to be desired when just looking at the front. But once you drive to the back, it's a beautiful oasis. You're right on the lake with gated access to the park. There's a bit of noise from the road, but you're right in between Ft. Myers' Beach, Sanibel, and Cape Coral. The owner and his handymen are great and keep it well maintained. I wish we could take site 20 with us everywhere we go.

Was an ok campground, we just stayed one night. Site was small and no picnic table. Lake was more like a swamp, but it is Florida. Office was closed when we got there and closed when we left, but they did answer the phone.

Two times we stayed at Lakes Park RV this Spring and also stored our RV there for a month while we traveled out of the country. We love this place! It’s a smaller park with roomy rv sites and full hook ups at a fair value. It has more than one entrance/exits for easy big rig access. There are nice shaded lake view sites that boarder the rv park and open sunny sites too, all very level. Well kept and attractive grounds. A nice 10 washer and dryer coin laundry room. There’s a walking bridge access from the RV park to the Lakes Nature Park next door, a lovely park for walks, jogs or biking and a great family park too. The park’s situated perfectly in the area for everything you may need such as Costco, and all the popular box stores, RV and off road needs, restaurants, and fun shopping. Golf course very near and TopGolf too. Since we have our own facilities I don’t know what the public bathrooms are like. GREAT WiFi connection. The on-site manager, Robbie, was very responsive and a really nice guy. The only complaint we have is the road noise on Tamiami Road. But that certainly didn’t deter us from returning and staying twice. Like I said: we love this park and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

On the website where you book your reservation there is a map with location of the bath and shower house that is located in the center of the park. Also laundry room and rec hall. Anytime there’s questions please contact us.

Our waterfront campsite was delightful, peaceful, and we saw lots of birds and bunnies, and no alligators. The campsite was a wonderful respite from the crowds and the traffic. It’s a short drive to beautiful Fort Myers beach and also very close to restaurants. The manager was very friendly and helpful with letting us know the amenities and nearby attractions. The campground has a clean and easy to use laundromat and a rec center.
