Great place to stay if visiting the Metaline/Ione area. Spacious, level sites. Lots of well kept grass. Hookups were in good shape and up to date. Restroom/showers and Laundry are in good shape and very clean. Foremost, the parks hosts were helpful and accommodating.

Awesome RV park. Owners are awesome people. Very friendly, helpful and inviting. Other campers were great too. Grounds are perfectly manicured and hookups are top notch. We enjoyed the community fire pit and conversations. So much to see in the area. Mt Linton RV park is an ideal adventure base-camp, or even just a nice quiet place to relax. There’s not much in the town of Metaline regarding supplies, propane, etc…, but Ione WA is a short drive and they have a small grocery store and a few more facilities. We are planning our next visit already!

The RV park was crowded the weekend that we stayed (Bigfoot Festival - Father’s Day), but remained very pleasant. Full hookups all worked great. The owners were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Very helpful host, clean facilities, and quiet surroundings at a reasonable price. Cools down nicely in the afternoon. We appreciated Bruce's hospitality.

What a beautiful place to stay and awesome hosts. The owners, Bruce and Tory, are so nice and their pride in 27 years of ownership is obvious. The grounds and facilities are well maintained and clean. Tori gave great suggestions for things to do, places to see, and dining recommendations. Incredibly quiet campground and area.

Very clean quiet park with large RV spaces. Owners are very friendly and were helpful in recommending places to visit. Pet friendly with a large field next to the park with plenty of room for dogs to play and run. Nice town with lots for recreational activities nearby. The city park has new facilities and boat launch. Beautiful Lk. Sullivan is 10 minutes away howerver, a 10-dollar fee is required for day use.

Friendly place! It is a great place for both hikers and bikers. I came in on my bike and they had a grassy spot all ready to go. The owners stopped by and made sure everything was okay. Just a warm and comfortable experience.

This RV park exceeded our expectations. Clean restrooms and showers, laundry and huge grassy sites. Privately owned and operated, they really care about their guests.

A wonderful campground! It was very clean. The spaces are big. There is a park and swimming spot across the street, and you are 15 minutes from Boundary Dam and Gardner Caves. We had a great time here!

Beautiful and Camp Hosts were awesome. The only thing I did not like was the parking of the RV’s. I don’t like my front door opening into my neighbors that I don’t know front door. I would want to stay at the end next time or at a spot that the above would not happen. 😬

What an amazing hidden gem! Great property. Excellent owners! Bruce and Torrie go out of there way to make sure you’re part of the family and take excellent care of you and the property. We are going back next year!

This is a beautiful park. It's all green and grassy. You can walk on this barefoot. The owners are great and are so helpful. They help you park in the designated spot and were friendly and talking to many of the guests about the area and so forth. The area here is beautiful as well. I hear there are places nearby to drive to to see even more sights. These are full hookups too. It was about 40-45 a night, I think. The only negative is the spots are very close together. Depending on side your awning is on, they can touch. But, you really don't need much more than what your awning is. We shared a propane fire pit between us and neighbors and made a connection. There's also an area for community fire pit and a tent camping area. It's friendly for dogs and there's a field nearby you could let your dog play fetch in.

We loved the grassy pull-thrus, much cooler than the gravel or concrete at most parks. Bruce and Tori were terrific. We spent four nights and wanted to maximize our kayaking outings. Bruce gave great advice. Metaline is out of the way, but well worth the excursion.

Campground Response

Thank you Marvin and Lori We appreciate you coming to stay with us and the great review!
