This is a KOA campground. The spaces are mostly cement slab, level and have trees on both sides. Some sites have a patio set with chairs and a fire ring while others have picnic tables. Rates are a little high as most KOA's are. The office staff are friendly and the store has a small sampling of staples. The bathrooms and showers are well maintained. It is about a 20 minute drive to Jackson Square, Burbon Street, etc. The only two negative points to this location are A) You are less than 3 miles from the airport and when they use certain runways you can really hear the jets. B) There are train tracks very close to the park and when the trains go by, they sound their horns. They are very loud. The trains come by around 6am but not every day. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
