Vehicle Policy

Please do not wash vehicles or trailers. ROSSOVER UTILITY VEHICLES & ATV VEHICLES: These are NOT ALLOWED. This includes the John Deere™ Gator and other such vehicles. PARKING: There is limited parking at our campground. Each reservation is allowed one vehicle at no charge. Each additional vehicle will be assessed a charge of $10.00 per day. The extra vehicle must either fit in your campsite or be parked in the overflow parking.

Pet Policy

Dogs up to 25 lbs. are allowed at the resort. All guests with 4 legs must be accompanied by at least one 2-legged friend. Our park grounds are very pet friendly; however, pets must be on a leash at all times. Guests will be charged for any damages or additional costs caused by their pets. If the dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the dog in an outside kennel facility. If a pet is kept in accommodations that are not pet-friendly and not pre-arranged, a minimum of a $250.00 cleaning fee will apply. Remember, we don’t want to bark at you (and Yogi Bear™ would find it “un-bear-able”), so kindly follow our policies for a fun time for both you and your pet!

Didn't even stay. $55 a night on weekdays and $75 a night on weekends I get .....not to bad, but $10 per person a night up to 3 nights. I have a wife and 3 kids. It was the same price for a hotel closer to our event. SMH!!!

If you are looking for a great campground that brings you back to the good ole days than this is it. The little wheels randomly places throughout the park was the cutest idea ever. It really made me think we were back in the day with the wagons. They really know how to stick to history and their roots. Not only was the view just beautiful and so worth just staring at for a long period of time the people were nice and the price was on the nose. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better campground.
