One of the cleanest, upscale parks in Yuma.
Beautiful drive in the residential, and RV lots. Great swimming pool area, great pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board areas.

This felt like a more enhanced park for the price we paid. We got so much it’s not even funny. It was gated and walled in so everyone had their privacy. The staff was all around great! The location was perfect as it was surrounded by gorgeous views and so many places to eat and shop at that wasn’t too far away. The park was nicely maintained and the facilities were always clean and spotless. The water pressure was great and so was everything else.
