This is more of a long-term stay kind of park, as it's a blend of (mostly older) mobile homes and RV parks together, though there are several residents who come and go for construction gigs and proton therapy at Loma Linda University Hospital, which was about 5 miles from the park. And, there are overnight/month-to-month slabs for short-term guests. It's fine for using this park for living or for an overnight stay. If you are trying to camp, this isn't as ideal (no fire rings, picnic tables, etc.). We lived here for the remainder of our community college days, about a year. It is nestled in Reche Canyon, between Colton/Loma Linda and Moreno Valley/Riverside. It is super convenient access to Colton, Riverside, Loma Linda, Fontana, San Bernardino and other surrounding communities. Freeway access(I-215 and I-10) is also near and pretty easy to get to from the park. That makes it also conveniently located to several hospitals and plenty of shopping, etc. in any direction. Ontario, CA and LA were day trips away, as well. Amenities included pool, laundry, bathrooms/showers, free WiFi and a community room with kitchen. Pets were allowed, up to 20 lbs. except "aggressive breeds." For long stays, you have to move your rig every 6 mos. for 24 hrs. You can come back to the same spot or move, if available. There are some guests at the "campground" who are more permanent, but I guess they like the month-to-month instead of having to sign a contract, and they save a little money on rent. Understand that this is primarily a mobile home park and decide if you care about that or not before making it a stop on your journey. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We didn't have any real issues to speak of. It served our purposes - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
