Being a very social person. I was looking forward to the clubhouse with activities to meet new people. After ariving I found the clubhouse had been closed for over 2 years, with yet another delay in opening.
Another issue is my lot is on such a hill that my sewage drains uphill???
Tried to get assistance with this. No luck, I guess it is my problem now.
