Rules

Transportation

We have our own Trolley stop that runs through and downtown Eureka Springs until 6 pm. Uber and Lyft are also available.

Parking

There is room for (1) vehicle per site. Other parking needs can be accommodated as well. We offer overflow parking as needed.

Bathhouse

You will have use of our bathhouse during your stay, secured with a keypad for entry. Your bathhouse will contain two private showers with locking doors, as well as two private lockable toilet stalls.

Trash Disposal

Please do not leave trash at your site. Utilize the dumpster throughout the duration and at the end of your stay. Trash is picked up on Thursday mornings.

Fire Restrictions

No campfires during burn bans. No wood from outside the state of Arkansas should be brought into the campground. Firewood is available for purchase and fire rings are permitted at individual sites.

Pet Restrictions

We are very pet-friendly and have not had to restrict specific breeds. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

Sites are a little to close together but, well kept. The amenities are great. The 5 stars are for Cindy! She manages the place. She's a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We will be back.

We had a great stay! We were in a back-in site with an outstanding beautiful view overlooking the Ozark hills. Cindy was excellent. She had all the answers to our questions. She even told me how to take a better way home towing my camper. Definitely will stay there again. It's also a trolley stop which makes it easy to get around and not have to drive in the very tight streets of Eureka Springs.

The entire resort is amazing. The staff is very friendly and professional. The sites are easy to access and the hookups are easy to use. The pool is very refreshing after a long day of riding and the community fire pit is a great way to meet new people. I would recommend this resort to anyone and we will definitely be coming back in the future

Very nice camping area. Really liked the poured patio pads. Driveways are tight for turning larger vehicles and campers. Hosts were very hands on and friendly.

We had a 270° view on our campsite. The management contacted me by text with instructions on site#, amenities, WiFi and passwords. The trolley stop is in front of the property. Easy peasy and beautiful!

Great quiet and clean resort ample room for my rv. We really liked the 50’s style sign. Didn’t have a motorcycle to take advantage of the bike wash but it was a nice feature

The park has drastically changed since last year and all for the good. There is a manager on site and available when needed (Cindy). The owner (Adam) is genuinely concerned about how we liked our stay and is helpful for anyone that needs a helping hand. We will be returning again and again.

Beautiful spot overlooking the mountains. Cindy super friendly and on site to answer any questions. Grounds and bathrooms very clean. The pool was clean and ready to go. There are games to play in the common area which we enjoyed with the grandkids. Highly recommend when visiting Eureka Springs. Close to town and lakes.

Really liked this little gem, small, quiet and well kept. Close to Eureka Springs and you can catch a trolley right in front. Traveling in a conversion van I wouldn't want to try to drive through there! And a swimming pool to top it off!

We had a great stay at Route 62. We stayed 10 nights. Camp was clean and the pool was wonderful. Quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only thing that could have been better would be the WiFi. We would recommend it to everyone.
