This park is right on the ocean. Sites are very close and were just long enough for our 42' 5th wheel. There is a pool and a small dog walk area. We reserved several months in advance and were able to get a site that had a grass island on one side, so we did have more room. There is a grocery store, drug store, post office and a fantastic bakery all within walking distance. You can hear the waves crashing along the shore at night. Walking trail down to the pier. Good cable, wi-fi, FHU. Yes it is a little expensive, yes the sites are close, but it is a great location. Right on the ocean and close to all the sites and sounds that make San Francisco famous!!! We would stay here again and make sure to get our same spot! 12/2014
ad’l comment: Pacifica, CA. San Francisco RV Resort. We have stayed at this park a couple of times since it is only a few minutes from my daughter's house. Yes, it is expensive and the sites are close together...but everything in San Francisco is expensive and close together! Even million dollar homes! The key to this park is location. You are about 15 minutes to downtown San Francisco, just a few minutes to a BART station, walking distance to an awesome bakery, great meat market, grocery store, drug store, hardware store, and many local shops and restaurants. You can walk along the ocean or walk down to the pier. The park is clean, sites are level, free cable, pool, dog walk area, nice staff. Get a pull thru with a grassy island beside it and you have more room...really makes a difference ( we had site #48). If you want to see the San Francisco sites this is the place to stay. We stayed here in a 42' 5th wheel with no problem. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

I think having an RV park by the ocean is genius, and they're my favorite ones. Most of them have really great rates and full hookup sites, and this one is exactly that. It's super pretty there, and my nieces and I love taking walks along the beach, or heading over to the golden state bridge. I must admit, the view of the ocean at sunset is amazing, and by far the best feature of this park. The amenities are pretty nice too. There's a clubhouse which the kiddos love because they always end up making a few friends to hang around with, and a hot tub which is really nice after a long day of sightseeing and walking about. We've actually seen some really nice sites, not just the bridge. Last time we made it out there, we got a tour of Alcatraz and Half Moon Bay which was cool. Everything is clean, especially the bathrooms and laundry facilities, and the prices aren't too bad; obviously it's better value the longer you stay but we never have time to stay a full week. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
