General

Proof of negative coggins required. Sorry, we DO NOT rent or provide horses. No non-equestrian camping allowed. No stallions. 2 night minimum stay required on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

KNOW YOUR RIG SIZE!

A rig is the length of the truck and trailer TOGETHER. This reservation system asks for your "rig" size but stops at 45ft, so it refers to trailer only and will not filter out sites that are too small for you. It is up to you to KNOW YOUR RIG SIZE, note the MAX SIZE we have listed for each, and choose an appropriate campsite. We have small sites and large sites. Some sites have a smaller maximum rig size due to lack of maneuver room, or being oversize can block the entrance to and/or protrude into other sites. If book too small of a site thinking you can unhook, more than likely you'll have to park the tow vehicle somewhere else because there is still no room in the site for it. The rig shown in the site pics is 40ft!

(No penalties if original modification is outside the 7 day window) Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.

TBarS is an absolutely lovely place to camp and ride with your horse. Very nice showers and restrooms. The best part is a good size meeting room next to the showers where you can meet up with your friends and play games, bring a pot luck supper, or just relax. This campground backs up to National Forest, where all the trails are. They are well marked and there are free maps available.

TBARS is absolutely one of the best horse camps anywhere. Tom and Stephanie are wonderful hosts. The grounds are always immaculate, wonderful pens, both covered ones and those that are not are under trees for good shade. Beautiful club house and large cover patio. Clean bathrooms and showers. The trails are well marked, and shady for the most part. Worth the haul from just about anywhere. We always look forward to our next trip there!

The greatest host of any of the camps that I have been to. And I have ridden Arkansas, Alabama, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and mo. Trail are great at every place I have written.

The only thing bad about this place is that it makes you a camp snob. It is always so clean and manicured that you will judge other camps and most will just simply not measure up.

I always love my stay at TbarS horse camp! It is such a great facility and the owners are very accommodating! I love the shaded pens the pasture and most of all the clean and cozy restrooms and showers!! I enjoy my stay with friends and ride in the National Forest but it is such a great place that I also stay by myself to have just personal reflection time!! You will not disappointed!!! It is great also for guests that do not have horses!! I will be back soon!!

One word. PERFECT. Impeccably kept grounds and stalls, multiple restrooms and showers and a large air conditioned multi-purpose room with a mini kitchen setup. Direct access to the trails and even a large turnout pasture for your horse to stretch and graze.

Beautiful camp! The pens looked brand new and were shady and built up with clean sand so that water didn't pool in them. Manure spreaders were conveniently located and were emptied twice a day. The owner was friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms were beautiful and the solar chandeliers were so pretty at night. We are looking forward to our next visit. The trails were very wet with the heavy rains we have had in the last 2 months. Hopefully we will time our visit better next time so we can do more exploring.
