Rules

Guest

all sites include 4 persons per site additional guest $20.00 per month or $10 per week.

Guest

No guest over 3 days if not on your site service agreement.

Children

No children under 10 allowed to roam park alone. After 10pm no children allowed to leave site unattended by adult.

Quiet time

Back gate and public laundry closed at 10pm No loud music or parties after 10pm

Vehicles

2 vehicles per site. Boats , trailers and SUV are considered your vehicle.

RV Restrictions

2000 and newer unless approved by management. No tarps or AC units in windows.

Pets

2 Pets per site. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Pets station are thru out the park with bags.All dogs must be on a leash at all times and no unattended pets outside your camper. Fines are applied if rules are broken.

Cancelation Policy

After 7 days Deposit is non refundable

Check out time is noon

Deposits

$150.00 deposit is required to hold your spot and it applies to your monthly rent and is non refundable.

Great park, community feel, Dog friendly with dog park (island) for them. Kid friendly and secure (the negative 1 star reviews must be from problem guests) with enough lighting to see whats going without having lights beaming into your trailer at midnight. There are lots of things to do with great local restaurants for eats.

Pretty park with a lake, lots of greenery and new, professional management. A bonus is that food trucks are scheduled to be in the park periodically. So, some days you don't have to cook dinner!

John Floyd and Ron are two of the most laid back cool RV park hosts you’ll ever meet! The park is quiet, well kept, kid friendly. HIGHLY recommend !

Not at all what the pictures looked like. Not well kept and very dark. We left 20 minutes after checking in. Went over to another new Rv Resort right around the corner and was charged less money.

I apologize, for you not having a great first impression. We do keep the lighting low, for the enjoyment of our star gazers, and the folks that enjoy our " out of the city atmosphere.

Poor management. Multiple thefts, children roaming freely with no adult supervision while breaking into others trailers, pets roaming freely, local athorites constantly in and out and the list goes on. DO NOT recommend!!

This park was a lot of fun to visit and my whole family had a great time. The staff was very affable and accommodating to all of our needs. The amenities were nice as was everything else in the park. They had a tight ship and had everything managed nicely. Everything was so clean and immaculate. The cleaning crew with housekeeping was a real treat! I loved the location as not only were there many things to do and see inside the park but there was a plethora of places surrounding it. Friendly, welcoming, clean great staff. all around great vacation. I really enjoyed the wash and fold with housekeeping. Never had a campground do this for us
