My husband and I have been camping here for the last 4 years and will be seasonal campers here next season. We love that the sites are spacious and they are pet friendly. The campground is beautiful and clean. The staff is great! The campground is close to so many amenties, like shopping, restaurants and Lake Winnipesukee. It is a great place to camp.

My family had a very lovely time here. The staff was so nice and helpful also very accommodating. There were so many great and spacious sites to choose from that would fit a lot of size rigs. They had a ton of amenities that was more than what we needed. The activities were a lot of fun and very relaxing. Nothing beats water based activities! The location was gorgeous as there were many beautiful views all around the park and in the surrounding area. Overall we had a very pleasant time here and we can’t wait to get back out to make this a regular spot. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Turtle Kraal is a brand new campground with potential to be something great. This park is big rig friendly with many pull thru sites. The electricity and water was great and the sewer was positioned midway on the site. Overall this is what I call a no frills and very simple park. The only amenity on site was a very nice pool. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. We did have wifi but that was pretty slow! We did find the pond towards the back of the campground but it looked mainly like a fishing pond. Most sites offer little to no shade and all sites are quite large. There are some sites that are on the perimeter of the campground which have woods on the back of the site. Other than that you are in an open field. We will only return to this campground after a few years once it has time to mature some. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We appreciate your review. I would like to add our WiFi has been upgraded complete with a fiber-optic underground line. We have Merrymeeting River access for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. There is a floating dock for launching. The spring-fed pond is great for paddle boarding, letting your dog swim and fishing and the beach is a perfect place to walk or relax. We offer corn hole, disc golf, volleyball and horseshoes. There is a picnic table and fire pit on every site. Your RV will be free from debris from trees. Nothing worse than pine pitch on your car and RV. Open until October 23rd!
