This is a very nice, quiet park (except for the occasional train). The sites are gravel but level with grass and trees. The owner/managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. The park has a mix of permanent residents, long term residents and overnighters. The internet is faster than most parks we have been in. In my opinion, this is the nicest park in Delta, and nicer than many we have stayed in.
