Other Rules

1. a. Quiet time are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am b. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour with in the RV Park, this applies to ATVs c. No excessive alcohol consumption. No illegal drugs use. d. Major auto repairs (oil & radiator draining) are not permitted. e. No washing of RV's or vehicles without permission. f. ATVs are NOT to be parked on the lawn

Guest Guidelines

Any guests visiting a Guest at the RV Park must check in at the office, or the office notified of their coming. 3. b. No after hours guests with out notification and no nighttime traffic. c. Guests are to park in the residents area or ask for additional parking. No parking on the grass, other sites or in the roads.

Winterizing of RV and Water Pipes

Resident is responsible to prepare their RV for winter. b. Resident is responsible to prepare and prevent the water supply to the RV from freezing. c. Resident is responsible for snow removal in the immediate area around their RV and vehicles.

Trash Disposal

Dispose of garbage in dumpster and cans provided by the park. b. Do not store garbage outside of your RV.

Parking

Each site has parking for vehicles. Park in your designated sites, Don't park in other sites or on the main road. b. No parking on the grass c. Arrangements can be made for additional parking if needed.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at our park. 2. a. Pets are to be kept on a leash and supervised and all times, Pets found at large in the park may be impounded. b. Pets are not permitted on other Guests RV sites, or to be a bother or nuisance in any way to any other Guests. c .All Guests are required to clean up after their pets. Dispose of waste and mess immediately. RV Park reserves the right to assess $25 per occurrence fee if you fail to clean up after your pet. d. No pets in the Restrooms or Laundry

Site Maintenance

In order to protect and maintain the investment of the residents and the park, Guests are required to maintain their space in a clean, attractive and well kept fashion. 1. a. Please keep your RV and site clean and tidy. Pick up and remove debris and garbage. 2. b. No excess storage under or around you RV, You will be asked to move items deemed by the owner to be an eye sore. 3. c. The RV park has sprinklers that water the grass, they may come on at any time, so do not have items on the grass that will be damaged by water. 4. d. Be careful with matts, furniture, ect that can damage the grass. e. Items such as propane tanks, skirting around RVs, fences, clothes lines, large outdoor furniture, fire pits ect need to be approved by the park owner and placed in a way so as to not damage the grass or interfere with lawn mowing or sprinklers.
