Rules

RV site occupancy

Price of all RV sites are based on occupancy of 4 people, 1 vehicle and 2 pets. Extra vehicle is $5.00/night. Extra Person is $5.00/person/night. Extra pet is $5.00/pet/night.

RV Sites

All guests are expected to keep their RV site clean, healthy, and safe. Please enjoy our quiet peaceful pull through sites landscaped with grass, bushes, foliage, and mature Aspen trees. Please: no satellite dish, tents, rugs, mats, or tarps on lawn area. Please protect our trees: no carving or cutting, nothing tied or draped, and no clotheslines on the trees. Please check with property management on allowed skirting

Quiet Hours

QUIET TIME: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. At any time, reports of unreasonable noise will result in violators leaving the RV Park, Campground, or Cabin.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 7 days notice. If less than 7 days notice is given, a 50% refund will be issued. The platform and processing fees are non-refundable.

Falsifying Information

For the safety of everyone in our park, please provide us with accurate details about your trip (number of people, name, contact, rig information, etc). There will be a $50 fine for falsifying information.

Wifi

We do have wifi and the password will be available at check in.

Campfire Policy

We do not provide fire rings, however we do permit campfires as long as there is not a ban in the state/county during your stay. You must bring your own fire ring to safely contain the campfire.

Vehicle Policy

RVs must be in good condition and have valid current vehicle registration, not taped or wired together. One vehicle other than the RV allowed per reservation. $5.00 per night for the second Vehicle. No washing vehicles, mechanical repairs on the park grounds, including lube and oil changes

Pet Policy

PET-GUARDIAN BEHAVIOR: Help us keep the entire property clean, healthy and safe by always having pets on a leash in the care of a responsible person, and by picking up waste. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, they poop, you scoop! Pets are not allowed in our restrooms, laundry, office, and may never be left alone unattended. Two pet limit per reservation. $5.00/pet per night above the 2 pet limit.

Cute full hook-up campground with small concrete entry pads, picnic tables, and medium trees in the middle of Westcliffe within walking distance to main street shops. Gravel camper slots are adequate depth for 5th wheel and truck. Super friendly hosts provide a nice bathroom, clean campground, and several park-model cabins. It's next to Sheriff and Search and Rescue so there were a couple helicopter takeoffs, but not at night.

This was an excellent 4 day stay in beautiful Westcliffe Colorado! Vinny and his family were wonderful hosts and the wifi was amazing. We could walk from our trailer to enjoy downtown in minutes. We Will be staying here again in the future!!

We were overcharged for our stay at Wet Mountain RV Park in Westcliff, CO. We made a reservation for three nights and they charged us an additional $60.00 for what, we don't know! Trying to get that amount removed from our credit card!!

Hello Mark. I see you stayed 3 nights for a total of $190.01 which was paid for. I do not see any additional reservations or charges. Please send us a copy of Extra charges. We will be happy to refund you if you were over charged.

We visit here once or twice a year for a few days each. Love how easy it is to reserve, especially picking the spot we want to stay in. It's nice to just pull into our spot and hookup without visiting the office first. It's close to places we like to shop, eat and visit.

This park was quiet, convenient and clean. There are trees enough for some shade. And the mountain view is wonderful. Cute little town. The most impressive thing was that the manager quite literally saved a wedding party who had reserved at another park and were told that the RVs would fit.Not true! In a panic, the bride contacted the manager of this park last minute, and he made accommodations for all of the travelers. Our hearts belong to Wet Mountain! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Wonderful little RV park with great folks, and conveniently located right in town! Neat as a pin, with clean bathrooms and showers with plenty of hot water. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Vince is right there to answer any and all questions about the park and the Westcliffe area. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and star-filled sky! I'll definitely stay here again!

Well kept park. I liked the “no check in you’ve already paid” policy: park your rig and have fun. Never visited the office so can’t say anything about the staff. Easy to maneuver, all large rig sites are pull through. Bath house was good. Food (hamburger) vendor at the entrance, sheriff office at the exit. I’d stay there again.

We only spent a night on our way back from Tennessee and Texas and welcomed the cool temperature. The campground was nice easy to get into with grass and trees and really like the area will probably be back

Beautiful setting with great views of the Sanger de Cristo mountains! Very nice campsite with trees for shade. Clean and comfortable showers. Friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi! I enjoyed my experience at Wet Mountain RV park!

I have to admit, I had more fun than I thought I would. The Sangre di Cristo Mountains at your door steps; Great food at the Silver Cliff Mt. Inn (restaurant); Rodeos; Beckwith Ranch tours; lavender and alpaca farms. All with in an hours drive. Let us not forget who this review is for. Vincent and Cathy (Managers) came to greet us. Very nice and welcoming people. Bathrooms large and clean.
