Personal Belongings (outside)

Please secure all personal belongings, please clean your lot clean. Propane bottles, smokers, etc.. should be on a chain and lock. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of any kind.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am Monday through Friday. 9pm to 9 am on weekends.

Speed limit

The max speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour.

Pets.

Clean up after your pets. Please keep barking to a minimum. All dogs are to be leashed except when in the dog or private yard. Do not leave your dogs unattended. Do not leave your dogs tied up.

Keeping our park clean

Keep your lot clean. Pick up your trash. No cans, bottles, or cigarette butts are to be left on the ground. Clean up after your pets. No trash is to be left on porches or beside trailers for any period of time.

Nice, friendly owners. Easy off/on from I-20. All sites are FHU's and pull thrus. Wifi, clean restrooms and laundry. Oilfield worker RV-ers here. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
