Rules
Cancellation Policy
14 days to 4 days before the start of the reservation there is a 15% cancellation fee. 3 days to the start of the reservation there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Maximum length stay
Only 90 nights in a calendar year may be spent on the resort.
Check in and Check Out
Check in for blank lots for tent camping and RV sites in noon. Check out is 10 a.m. Check in for accommodations including Vintage RV's, Camp Cottages, and Cabins is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. You may stay on the resort before and after check in to enjoy all the amenities.
RV site reservations
Can currently only be made 2 days before the start of your reservation. Please call the Reservations Department at 540-972-7433 ext 1 to make your reservation.
Pet Restrictions
Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after when walking the resort. Pets are not allowed in the Cabins and Camp Cottages
