General Policies

1. Office Hours Monday thru Friday 10 AM to 5 PM 2. All RV’s must be clean and in good repair (free of rust or black-streaked stains) and be fully contained with permanent toilet, bathing and galley facilities. 3. RV Types Not Allowed In Resort 4. Nothing allowed with canvas sides. 5. Truck Campers. 6. No Tents. 7. No Soft Sides. 8. Popups. 9. Restored School Buses 10. Passport America 50% Discount on selected standard lots (off season only (May-October) 11. 25% Deposit for DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY (non-refundable) 12. 10% Deposit Per Month For Two Months Or More 13. Credit cards are excepted with a 3% Administrative Fee (prefer check or cash)
