We love this park! Very peaceful and you'd never know it was right in the middle of The Woodlands! Ducks and geese are so fun and interesting to watch. The sites we've stayed in are roomy, level and easy to get in and out. Owner is THE BEST and very accommodating. Always look forward to staying here!!

As usual this RV Park offered excellent service and amenities, the park itself is in a great location and the layout excellent. We had a most enjoyable time as we always do when we stay here and look forward to returning many times. Thanks to the staff for. wonderful, peaceful stay.

We stayed three nights mid-week. The park is located near lots of stores and an HEB is right down the street. Park is pretty quiet. Lots of full-timers but their sites are pretty well kept, so things look nice. Grounds are nice with several ponds. Wifi is really good. Only down side is they went to a streaming service for cable and we were never able to get it figured out. Overall, a good place to stay.

Staff was friendly and the property was in fantastic condition. We had a great view of one of the ponds and it was lovely in the evening. Wifi was one of the best offerings we have received in an RV park. The only downside of our trip was our neighbor was feeding the ducks in between our trailers at 7am. There were about 100 ducks making it EXTREMELY loud. Pretty inconsiderate to those around them.

Enjoyed our stay. Park was close to all of our medical appointments, grocery store, eating places and fuel. It was a very quiet park which was pleasantly surprising. The staff was super friendly. We will be back.

First time at this location. Woukd give it 10 stars if we could. It is just up the road from where we store our 5th wheel when not on the road. Close to HEB grocery store, Home Depot and Sam's Club. Used this location to stage before we hit the road. Customer service is first rate. Camp was well maintained and all features were in good working order. Will be using this camp as we come and go between the sticks and bricks and being on the road. Thank you management staff for the out standing customer service.

We were there to see a concert and the location was very convenient to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion as well as tons of restaurants. Our site was huge and we had a nice little patio with table and chairs. Other than someone in the neighborhood behind the park who thought we all wanted to listen to his music, the park was quiet. Office staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We usually camp at state parks and COE parks. We had to attend an event at The Woodlands and this park was the closest. It is a very quiet and cute park with lakes and ducks! The site had full hook ups and a table and chairs on a little patio area. As is usual at private parks there was only a little room between sites but it was adequate. Lots of trash receptacles and there was a dog park with bags included. We did not use any other amenities but we did see a laundry and a group type area. No swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and should we require another trip to the area we won't hesitate to return to Woodland Lakes.

Very pleased with our stay at Woodland Lakes. Very quiet park with very friendly people. We evacuated from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and only reserved for a week, but soon realized we needed to stay longer and not sure how much longer. The office staff, Tammy, assured us her manager, Sarah, would not have a problem with us needing to stay as long as we needed. This was a great comfort to my wife and I knowing we wouldn’t have to pick up and move to another park possibly even further away from our home. We have friends in this area and the park was was no more than 4 miles from their house. Have a brand new HEB grocery store in front of the park also an auto parts store, Starbucks, Mexican restaurant and all brand new. Costco a mile away and Lowe’s 2 miles. All in all, the park is located in an excellent location especially close to many restaurants in The Woodlands 4 miles south of the park. We will be staying here again.

A well-managed park. However, the environment was depressing with many RVs housing permanent residents (not happy campers). Three kids tortured the box turtles in the pond. Vacationers be warned: this is not an RV park for traveling adventurers so much as divorcees raising kids on a budget.

Campground Response

Thank you for your candid comment and bringing this to our attention. We do have long-term guests, and many repeat short-term happy campers, and require that they act in a humane manner as our wildlife is very important to us. We have addressed this specific issue and hope that you will give us another chance.
